I ship original artwork across Canada, the United States, and to many international destinations.

Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the artwork’s size, weight, and destination. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact me to inquire about shipping options.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Hamilton, Ontario, by appointment only. Please contact me in advance to arrange a convenient pickup date and time.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available throughout the Niagara Region and Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for artwork purchases of $500 CAD or more.

Please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability and arrange delivery.

Customs & Import Duties United States:

A 50% import tariff surcharge is added to orders shipped to the USA and collected at checkout. Import duties are paid in advance by the artist when arranging shipment, so customers do not need to pay these charges separately upon delivery.

Other International Destinations:

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

All Sales Are Final

Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind, handmade work of art, created with care and attention to detail.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or if the artwork does not suit your space, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review the artwork’s photographs, description, dimensions, materials, and other details before purchasing. If you have any questions, I am always happy to help before you place your order.

Damaged Artwork

Every painting is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number.

Clear photographs of the damage. Photographs of the shipping box and packaging.

A brief description of the issue.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for a shipping insurance claim.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and I will work with you to find an appropriate solution, including a refund or other remedy where applicable.

Lost or Missing Packages

All shipped orders include tracking information whenever tracking is available. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact me. I will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, I will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund when required. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact me promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. Proof of delivery and the results of the investigation will be considered when resolving the issue, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Incorrect Artwork or Listing Errors

If you receive the wrong painting or an artwork that is materially different from its description, please contact me with your order number and photographs. I will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Handmade Artwork & Colour

Variations Please note that original paintings may have natural textures, visible brushstrokes, and subtle variations that are part of their handmade character. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. Minor differences of this nature are not considered defects, provided the artwork matches its description.

Order Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may be considered before an order has been shipped but cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not accepted except where required by applicable law.

Return Authorization & Refunds

Please contact me before returning any artwork. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If a return is approved or legally required, return instructions will be provided. Refunds, when applicable, will generally be issued to the original payment method after the issue has been reviewed and any required return has been completed.

Original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and other charges will be handled according to the circumstances of the return and applicable law.

All artwork purchases are processed securely through Squarespace Payments. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Currency & Pricing All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Depending on your location and the website’s currency settings, prices may be displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) or another supported currency. If currency conversion is required, exchange rates and any applicable conversion fees may be determined by your payment provider or card issuer.

Original Artwork

Each original painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of art, created by hand using professional-quality oil or acrylic paints.

Every painting is signed by the artist.

Artwork dimensions, materials, canvas depth, and framing details are provided in each individual product listing.

Framing & Display

Many of my paintings are created on stretched canvas with painted edges and are ready to hang without additional framing.

Please check the individual artwork description for specific hanging and framing details.

Artwork Care

To keep your painting beautiful for years to come: Display it away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity. Avoid placing artwork near fireplaces, radiators, or heating vents. Gently remove dust using a clean, soft, dry brush. Do not use water, cleaning sprays, or chemical products on the painted surface. * Avoid touching the painted surface, especially on textured oil paintings.

Oil Paintings

Oil paintings require time to dry and fully cure. Newly completed artworks should be handled with extra care, and pressure should never be applied to the painted surface.

A Note About Handmade Art

Subtle variations in texture, brushstrokes, and surface details are part of the beauty and individuality of original artwork. With proper care, your painting can bring warmth, colour, and joy to your home for many years.

Purchasing an original painting or art print grants ownership of the physical artwork only.

Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, printed, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist, except as permitted by applicable copyright law. The artist reserves the right to create and sell prints, reproductions, greeting cards, and other products featuring images of original paintings, including artworks that have already been sold.

Purchasing an original artwork does not grant exclusive rights to its image or design unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
