The Journey of a Painting: From My Studio to Your Home
Have you ever wondered what happens after someone falls in love with a painting and decides to bring it home?
For me, selling a painting isn’t the end of its story. It’s the beginning of a new chapter.
Every original painting starts in my studio, surrounded by brushes, colours, and a little bit of creative chaos. Sometimes I spend days or weeks working on a piece, adding the smallest details until it finally feels complete.
And then comes the exciting moment — finding out that someone has chosen it for their home.
Preparing Your Painting for Its Journey
Before shipping, I carefully inspect each artwork and make sure it’s ready for its new home.
Packing a painting is a responsibility I take seriously. I use protective materials and secure packaging to help keep the canvas, edges, and painted surface safe during transportation.
Whether a painting is travelling across Canada, to the United States, or overseas, I want it to arrive in the same beautiful condition in which it left my studio.
A Little Piece of My Studio in Your Home
One of my favourite moments is receiving a message from a collector saying their painting has arrived.
It’s an incredible feeling to know that something I created with my own hands is now part of someone’s everyday life — hanging in their living room, bringing colour to a quiet corner, or becoming a meaningful gift.
My paintings have travelled farther than I ever imagined when I first picked up a brush.
And every time I pack another one, I feel the same excitement.
Thank you to everyone who has welcomed my art into their homes. You make it possible for me to keep doing what I love.
With love,
Tiana ❤️
